Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Prices are per person in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 48+ hours before tour: Full refund
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.

4. Health & Safety

Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. Minimum age requirements apply to certain tours.

5. Liability

Best Antalya Tours / Scorpion Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence. All tours include basic insurance coverage.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya.
